  Really so there bedrooms says families. But where do the kids play at here, in the parking lot with the homeless that hang out there. It get run over from people going to the store or Subway or Taco Bell or the bar or the laundry mat. Yes very unsafe for kids

  Stopped in to the open house today. What a nice project! Love that they have elevator access and are nice and secure. Nice gym, library and community room. Beautiful units! Would highly recommend for those looking in the south Salem area.

  This is such a beautiful new building. Very conveniently located in South Salem. It’s nice to be able to have restaurants and, a nail salon right at your front door. I love the fully secured building and it has private parking for the tenants. The building was very clean, has private balcony’s off each apartment home and has really nice cabinets and quartz counter tops. I really loved all the nice additional amenities in the building, including the library which I grabbed a quick book from and all of the work areas for working from home and a cool community room, and the rooftop deck to wind down with a glass of wine after a long day. There is also WiFi throughout all the common areas which is really great! Everyone was super friendly and the staff is on site off the Lobby. I needed help with an issue and the maintenance staff responded very quickly and took care of the problem right away. Love it here!!

  What a beautiful building. A Cafe right off the lobby, a large fitness center, shared work areas, roof top deck and even a massage room!! Fully secured, parking included, priced well for high quality finishes!!

  I’ve had to opportunity to live in different states and countries, so I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with many kinds of people while applying for apartments. At Anthony’s, we got to work with the manager, Melanie. Her authentic and genuine personality, it made the touring and applying feel smooth and transparent. In my personal opinion, these are good characteristics to look for when looking at apartments as the managers are the ones you’ll have constant interaction with. Customer service aside, the apartments are brand new and the features, like the coworking area, elevator, and the on-site gym, are some of the reasons why we chose this place. Also, eventually there will be a coffee shop and nail salon that will open on-site, which I’m looking forward to (and none of this is AI, these are my legitimate thoughts - cheers)! :)
