  Still one of the worst apartments that’s why people come and go from this place management doesn’t last it’s always changing managers and they never keep track of anything when you ask for maintenance work they take forever to come and on top of that the maintenance workers are all rude towards you I honestly don’t recommend living here and for the price they are asking it’s not worth spending your money on these apartment

  I like how close I am to things. Staff is kind and they keep the grounds clean. Also I enjoy that I can do yoga.

  We just moved in last February and I love this place so much and the manager Linsey is great. The cons are we suppose to move in new unit and asked her before we move which apartment that car hit the building she say unit 108 so I choose that and I double check it is new unit? She say yes. We moved it and we were shock and thought we are in wrong unit and I was so sad because there was many that need fix and we were very upset. Few damaged and they came fix it but still have problem with pulling closet sliding and it tends to to be stuck and the mainatiance came and fixed it and left. My our closet is still having problem, so decide not to pull anymore closet sliding. My son’s room floor under carpet have few holes we I tripped sometimes and they came fix it and still having problem. Big issues is upstairs and next door are heavy smokers. It so annoying!! My old apartment does not allow. Ruin our relaxing and peace of mind. I love this apartment so much and I don’t feel peace at all. One garbage in this huge complex. Residents threw garbage at parking a lot and etc. There was shooting few days ago between building A and B I live building B! I’m deaf and it woke my son and dogs up. 1 am and police’s came. I would like to move into a better unit different building. I moved into this complex because I thought I would refresh new life here. Dog park and there trail and I love the most. There are few deaf residents here. I thought this deaf friendly and thought I could work out better with the manager. In this unit giving me a lot of headaches and asthma from smoking upstairs and next door. This complex should be smoking free and smoke outside. NOT INSIDE! I never smoke cigs all my life. I don’t want to judge but I recommend this change to smoke free. Fire code? I don’t want to say bad things about this complex. It just facts going on. I don’t have problem with anyone here. I just want to move different unit without paying more deposit and move in cost once. I’m not happy.
