  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the move-out process at The Parker, as well as the ongoing issues I have encountered in attempting to resolve inaccurate charges on my final statement. From the beginning, the move-out process was unnecessarily difficult. The most response I received was from the AI automated email Bailey. When I finally received my final statement, it contained multiple incorrect charges. I attempted to contact The Parker to have these errors corrected. Despite phone calls and emails over the course of an entire month, I received minimal response. I would call and no one would pick up the phone. I left voicemails saying the best time to call me back or when I would call next and they would not answer nor call me back at a time I stated I could answer. My requests for clarification, correction, or even basic acknowledgment were ignored completely. For the month of October I was attempting to get the final statement corrected, told I would not owe anything once corrected, told they are working on it, told not to pay the statement as it is incorrect and they will work on it, told it would be escalated and handled, so I trusted that they would take care of this on their end. After a prolonged period with no communication from the team, I was shocked to be contacted and informed that my account had been sent to collections, despite the fact that the balance in question is both incorrect and still unresolved. This action was taken without any attempt to address my concerns or provide updated, accurate billing information. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and I am still trying to get it resolved almost 6 weeks later. They have offered no support in correcting their mistakes and have dumped this entire mess on to me to fix.

  This has been a great place to live for almost 2 years for me now. Special shout out to Carrie - genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful leasing agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She helped me move from overseas to Portland - made the entire process seamless and stress free. Great maintenance staff as well - they’re very on top of things

  Love the leasing management team! They are quick to respond and take care of any issues or concerns. Some things are out of their hands but they are always willing to go out of their way to make tenants happy and comfortable. Shoutout to Jay and Carrie!

  So far we’ve had a positive experience with The Parker. Carrie and Jay have been super helpful and supportive with our recent move. Carrie goes above and beyond ensuring the community stays connected with hosting fun events and management has just overall been really nice! The area is really nice and secluded from the down town area but still walkable to nice shops and restaurants. The building doesn’t feel overwhelming as well, it’s perfect for my parents and I. Transportation is also very accessible and they also have garage parking which is nice!

  I love the courtyard. I can go out and drink a glass of wine and hide in the shade of the trees. I also like that it's a secure area that's locked. The property manager is the one who helped me with my lease, he's really nice and so is the rest of the staff, so I'll go down there with my dog sometimes and they always have treats for my pup Inuyasha (and me, lol). I have even met some pretty cool people here just in the community room. They do little events every month and its fun to try something new. They also have a food truck that comes every Wednesday, and I am not much of a cooker. It could be burgers one day, and falafels the next. Great area, great vibes. The units are pretty and have nice appliances.
