- DMDavid MyersJul 25, 20235.0I recently moved out of the Lafayette Apartments after living there for over 8 years. Julie Lee, the building manager, is friendly and super responsive. The Lafayette is a vintage building with all the charm that comes with a century-old building. I am really grateful that I had a chance to live in such a nice building for all those years.

The building is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. I didn't have a car while living at the Lafayette, but there are multiple groceries stores within walking distance (not to mention a Max station and several Trimet bus stops mere blocks away), plus all the attractions of downtown, NW Portland, and Forrest Park within walking distance. Julie is a fantastic property manager: she actively communicates with tenants on a regular basis, and was available to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend living here - if for no other reason than Julie's fantastic management!
