I have to say I love living here, even with the things that make Portland annoying.
There is new management, and Nicole the property manager is amazing. She is quick and attentive and nothing like the last crappy management. Maintenance is very helpful, they came out in the middle of the night to fix my garage. I have never had a quick response like that, and I’ve lived in a lot of fancier apartment complexes. They are doing a lot of work to improve the landscaping and property altogether. There have been a couple concerning things happen, don’t get me wrong. This is Portland. However, I made a good choice moving here after initial regret due to the old property manager (Meghan). Laundry room is very clean and there is even a little free food bank in there.

I’ve lived here for four years and love my little studio. Great location right off of Mt Tabor plus a parking lot. My apartment also has outdoor patio which is great for the summer. Management is responsive. Definitely would recommend.

Terrible rental company that never fixes anything, attempting to double charge for utilities after moving out, is unreachable, towed our car that had a parking sticker, entered our apartment without permission and left our door unlocked while we were not home. There has been several landlords in the 4 years we have been there and I use landlords to describe their position as well as entitled, over baring, overlord attitude. They will nit pick you and change rules based on each new managers ideas. They don't care about safety at all and have had multiple break ins. They finally changed the locks but did not provide all residents with new keys so we had to make our own copies. Honestly this place has been a nightmare. Go somewhere else! They are charging too much for the tiny space and paper thin walls anyway.
Update: no one that I talked to was helpful at all. Why even reply? This place continues to suck. I honestly just gave up on trying to get any assistance for the utilities charges. I'm sure that's their intention. Again, I encourage you to look elsewhere. You can find something way better!
