  Chris Eden is fantastic! From the first day we spent looking at houses to closing he was always there. Always available- no matter when we called him. Chris has so much experience and knowledge in this field that my husband and I felt very supported and taken care of every step of the way. Chris, because of his experience and time in this field, has so many resources and he was always willing to share them with us. Chris, besides being very professional, is very kind and patient. He always had our best interest in mind. I couldn’t imagine going through this experience with anyone but Chris! We highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks for everything you have done for us Chis!   Chris is as patient, personable, professional, and responsive as they come. He recently helped us tour four homes with very little advance notice and was exceptional with communicating the pros and cons for each. The last of these happened to be exactly what we were looking for and he helped us with a bit of complicated negotiating on a very short time frame, even getting a contractor to come out the same afternoon as our inspection when it turned up some surprises. Chris gave us all the resources and confidence we needed to make one of the biggest decisions most people ever get to make. I could go on and on with the most glowing review on here, but suffice it to say I give him the highest realty related recommendation possible.
