  Five stars are not enough - I would give Amy Romberg a Ten star review if Google allowed this! Everything about my experience working with Amy was exceptional in both buying and selling a home. From the first, Amy was attuned to my preferences and needs, as well as my reactions as we looked at homes. She literally helped me find my dream home and I am so happy with it! As we prepared to list my existing home, I developed deep trust in her design choices and learned to trust her recommendations. After my home listed, I had two full price offers within 3 days. The market had shifted at this point and other homes were sitting for much longer than this. Throughout the entire process, Amy was warm, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, fun, and showed a great sense of humor! I can't recommend her more highly!

  Amy recently assisted us in selling our 1890 Victorian--no small feat after almost a year without success with another realtor. Amy reviewed our prior attempts to sell, all completed appraisals, a list of improvements made to the property and did a thorough market analysis. She had several strategic recommendations to improve our sales position and after following those recommendations we received several offers and made only minimal concessions to get our asking price. Although a challenging house sale in today's market, Amy was steadfast in navigating us through. Would highly recommend her services to other sellers.

  I cannot say enough good things about Amy. I am data-driven and often have more questions than the average bear, and she took each question in stride and provided me thoughtful and detailed answers to every question I asked. Amy never made me feel like my questions were dumb, she validated my feelings and supported me throughout the entire process. I wanted to work with LGBT+ and women-owned companies and not only did she ensure that was who we chose for every step of our process together, but also provided me referrals for other technicians and companies who met that metric. Amy genuinely cares about her clients and loves her job, and it shows. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a team-mate on their home-buying journey. Thanks, Amy, for everything!
