  Riley is hands-down one of the best loan officers I've ever worked with. He takes time to walk through the process, is always happy to answer questions, and works for his clients as though they were family. Riley has -repeatedly- gone above and beyond during the home buying process. You will be hard-pressed to find a loan officer who will go to bat for you as much as Riley does!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The BEST Loan Officer - Truly a Blessing! I cannot recommend Riley highly enough. From the very beginning, he has taken care of me every step of the way. I’m the type of person who overthinks everything and changes my mind 20 times a day, and yet he remained endlessly patient, supportive, and kind. Transparency is incredibly important to me. I have anxiety about hidden fees or unknown charges and Riley always made sure I understood every number, every detail, and every scenario. He never once pushed me or tried to sell me on anything; instead, he empowered me to make decisions I felt confident and comfortable with. Our first home had some termite-related issues, and Riley ran countless financial scenarios for me to ensure we stayed within my monthly budget. When we had to cancel a rate lock due to home issues, he went above and beyond looking for better options, even trying to find solutions where I wouldn’t be charged any loan fees. Then I changed homes and restarted the process again, and he stayed by my side without hesitation. When the new property taxes came out higher than expected, he encouraged me to only move forward if I truly felt happy. He worked so hard to support me, and I felt genuinely cared for, not just treated like a business transaction. Right before closing, an unexpected issue came up at the last minute. Riley stepped in and resolved it for me, and I was beyond grateful. Through every twist and turn, he was there, not just doing his job, but truly looking out for me. It’s clear that Riley cares about his clients as people. He genuinely wanted me to end up in a home I love and feel good about, and that means everything. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, calm, patient, and truly on your side, Riley is the one. I am so thankful for him and couldn’t imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. Thank you, Riley. You’re the absolute best!

  Riley is great to work with-very easy to reach and a fantastic communicator. He explained all our options really clearly, and kept things moving at a pace we were comfortable with. Riley will look out for your best interest and be honest about the best options for you-definitely give him a try! I look forward to working with him in years to come.
