  I had a great experience with Steve Nassar and Jessica Wille in the recent sale of my condo. Jessica provided excellent advice on the most meaningful updates to make to my home prior to listing which resulted in a higher sales price than I originally anticipated. Additionally, Steve and Jessica helped me navigate the complexities in working with an unrepresented buyer and made the entire process easy thanks to their expertise. I may have been selling a lower price point home, but Steve and Jessica treated me like it was a mansion.

  The Steve Nassar Team truly is a 5 star experience. What really differentiates working Steve's team is the attention to detail in the pre-sale process. His organization and styling team made all the difference in prepping our home to ensure it really shined. Beyond that, his marketing is top-tier, our photos, videos, and drone footage were best in class. We loved working with Lisa, she was so thoughtful and patient. She educated us during every step of the way which was extremely valuable. Our house sold quickly and the entire process was seamless and exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful and highly recommended the Steve Nassar team!

  To anyone selling there house the team of Steve Nasser is unbelievable. No hassle and everything is spot on. The way they presented the house for sale was beyond my expectations. After being on market for a long time Steve's teammates were great to get us to show the house the right way. His knowledge and marketing are great.
