  If you're selling by owner,I highly recommend using realty Net.For $300 They put me on multiple listing.I hadn't had any inquiries using Facebook and craigslist.I had a call from a realtor 2 hours after listing and a full price offer the next day.House is now officially SOLD!!!

  Had a great experience using Realty Net LLC/FSBO. Greg was readily available for questions, the platform was easy to work with, and most importantly, my home sold quickly, with an offer at asking price just one day after I listed. I stayed firm on concessions, without the pressure a seller's agent may have added to just get to close, and ended up closing at a price I was really happy with, and of course, saved a great deal by not paying a listing agent fee. I really think more people should consider this alternative to paying excessive agent fees.

  We decided to sell our home by owner and wanted to place it on the MLS listing. Searching the internet, we came across Realty Net, LLC/By Owner Oregon.com. Because we had never sold a home, we ended up purchasing the Premium Agent Assist Package. It was really helpful to get a professional looking sign, templates to create your own flyer, easy loading of pictures that you can take yourself, lockbox rental, and all the forms you need. Greg Messick was always available to take our calls including evenings and weekends and guide me through the extensive information on the website. He returned my calls promptly when I needed assistance with the forms and helping me through the steps to complete the sale. I found the website organized well, but I didn't spend enough time looking through all the information and found myself lost in the information. Greg was there to help me. Now that I'm familiar with the process, I would probably use the Build Your Own Package in the future.
