  PMI Bridgetown has been superior to every other property management company I used in the past! So far they have not made errors that other companies made and managing property is very hard. Crystal the main manager, is so wonderful to talk to and she knows from her many years of experience...the best ways to handle tenants and properties to make our investments work for us! She does not force me to lower my rents (like other management companies do to find tenants) but uses neighborhood comparable rentals and pictures of these in the area to price my rentals just a tiny bit below market when listing the property so good people can afford it! Their legal, fair, screening is supreme too. They follow all the state and city rules when choosing tenants. The tenants they have picked for me are the best from the group of applicants that they receive. They know the latest rules regarding time frames, notices, etc and they follow all these. It is so complex to do but they handle the complexity very well so that I do not have to worry and I can start to have a "life"!

  This company is a scam. What they are doing is not legal. We got everything ready to submit our paperwork to apply for housing. When we uploaded the final document it auto submitted our application 5 minutes before applications were open and gave us an 8 hour penalty, essentially stealing our application fee with zero chance of landing the housing. When we informed them about their website error they said they could only refund $60 out $140 and that it was our problem. A pathetic excuse for a company that offers nothing of value. Horrible customer service. Scam!

  Todd, Crystal and their entire team is absolutely amazing to work with. They take customer service to the highest level possible. They have always been so kind, professional and responsive to my needs! I would highly recommend them!!!

  We worked with Todd to assist with getting one of his units ready for rent! His request was painting walls and ceilings, plus sealing the units floor. During the process Todd was very professional and responsive while we worked through the project from the very first call, until the project was completed. It’s very obvious he takes pride in his rentals.
