- LBLaika BalaOct 23, 20251.0I've noticed several people in recent months have mentioned excessive move-out charges, and having recently moved out there myself, I will echo those statements. This complex was fine enough on move-in and while I was living there, but afterwards was hit with nearly two thousand dollars of fees. In their move-out materials they will instruct the unit only needs to be in "broom cleaned condition" and then charge hundreds more for additional cleaning. Carpet with no visible damage was apparently beyond repair and had to be replaced in its entirety. And so on. I would be very wary about moving into this complex, and would have paid for a third-party inspection of the apartment at move-out if I had known they would be this excessive with charges.
