She helped us fix a clerical issue that has haunted us financially for a year and a half. She needs a pay raise, and in our opinion, more than deserves it. Now, for the apartments themselves. I moved in over 3 years ago and the decline of quality from move-in to move-out is astronomical. From shootings to just general crime. But we can’t really blame the apartments for the tenants and their decisions. I would say the apartments themselves get a 4 star and the tenants get a 1 star. So renters be warned, your neighbors will SUCK.

The apartments are very nice and spacious, and I am very comfortable in my 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. The rooms are airy, and with the big windows you have plenty of sunlight. The location is amazing! Everything is located within walking distance - Insomnia Coffee, Starbucks, the Streets of Tanasbourne shopping mall, Whole Foods, and more. Having beautiful parks that are within walking distance is a huge plus, as I go for walks daily. I can’t forget the landscaping here at Verandas, it is beautiful and well maintained. I have to mention the Leasing Office Staff. They provide exceptional customer service, and are always kind, helpful and courteous, especially K’Melia and the Manager, Lindsey. Thank you K’Melia for your recent correspondence response to my inquiry, that I won’t be receiving a rent increase. You made my day! I can’t forget the maintenance staff, because their service is exceptional as well. They always get the work done that I request, promptly and efficiently, and they're always courteous and professional. On a side note, I’m always amazed at how they maintain the recycling/garbage area so clean. Thank you!
