PLEASE READ!!! Do not move to Building 18 - you are risking your life and your safety.
After 2 miserable months of being concerned for our safety and our lives, we were able to move from the Verandas. The neighbor on the second floor of this building is an absolute nightmare, and neither law enforcement or the management of this complex seem to be concerned for the wellbeing of this community.
From day 1 of moving into our new place, there were consistent, INTENSE noise disturbances - blood curdling screaming from 6 AM through the entire night, music blasting so loud you may as well play it from your room, tables flipping and jumping on the ceiling threatening to kill you for making a noise complaint. Additionally, being swerved in front of and barricaded in the parking lot and harassed by the residents brother, having our windows peeped in with a flashlight, banging on our door and showing up to our door at 1 in the morning, and anytime we left the house having this neighbor come downstairs to watch us go to our cars and hover until we left.
We made complaints for 2 months, provided at least 20 videos or more documenting these instances, asked for compensation while this was being sorted out and each time were met with "Thank you for documenting this" or "This just comes with apartment living and there is nothing we can do". It took over a month for management to enter our residence to document any noise complaints on their end and only was done when we asked many times, and they never attempted to measure the sound that was coming from above us. We understand that the process of eviction takes time, but to have a resident making threats at another residents life and stalking and harassing them should be grounds for immediate termination of their lease. This neighbor is clearly deeply unwell and is a threat to the wellbeing of the residents in this community. We are "lucky" that after 2 months, we were given the option of breaking our lease with no fee.
This review is posted anonymously today because we are concerned for our privacy and safety if our identity is shared. Please save yourself the anxiety and terror of moving to building 18 and reconsider moving to this complex in general because your needs and safety are not properly addressed or considered, even when threats at life are being made. What an absolute nightmare.

Beware of the bait and switch tactics! We had recently been in to look at an available unit and was told they stopped tours at 5pm. We still sat down and reviewed floor plans and pricing. We stated we still wanted to view the units before committing to anything and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival the next day we were told that the price had jumped up by almost 300 dollars! Because they had an application come in that morning for a similar unit. Mind you they had multiple units of the same floor plan available when we looked. We were never told the day prior that they would jump the price any time they felt like it. We were just told. "Oh, she's new and didn't know." We asked if they would honor the price we were told yesterday and they just said no. They won't do that. We decided to leave and not rent from them at all. I find it very shady and disrespectful that they would pull things like this just to try and milk as much money out of people as possible. Do your self a favor and stay away from here!
