- ASAustin SmithDec 6, 20251.0I lived here for two years because I needed an average and affordable place during a temporary period of my life. The number of people and cars around the property never matched the amount of actual units. The pool and garbage areas were used more by random people than by actual tenants. The hot tub was barely warm most of the time and often seemed broken. The tennis court was basically an old paved lot with potholes that looked like they had not been fixed since the early nineties. There were frequent curbside deals happening and it never felt safe to be outside. The tenants below us burned unknown substances and we constantly had odor issues. No matter how often we reported it, nothing was ever done. There was also dog feces left on the sidewalks almost every day. This is only part of the overall problem. I do not recommend living here because the price does not match the situation. You end up paying for a pool that outsiders use and garbage service that anyone in Hillsboro seems to take advantage of. The staff turnover rate is extremely high and they do not seem to care about tenant concerns.

Work orders are handled quickly without complicated procedures.Rosario, the maintenance manager, is very responsive, patient, and professional. He listened to our needs and fixed our place in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciate his help and the efficiency of the maintenance team.

There's a woman who speaks Spanish, since my wife and I don't speak English very well, who wouldn't help us translate for us. We're thankful to God because things happen for a reason. We've seen many comments that the place is a disaster.
