There's a woman who speaks Spanish, since my wife and I don't speak English very well, who wouldn't help us translate for us. We're thankful to God because things happen for a reason. We've seen many comments that the place is a disaster.

Rosario came by yesterday to replace two sets of blinds and, while he was here, he even fixed our kitchen faucet head. He told me not to worry and that he was there to help, which really put me at ease. He’s always so helpful, professional, and genuinely joyful—it makes such a difference. The maintenance response times here are consistently quick and reliable, but Rosario truly goes above and beyond. He’s the real MVP and a big part of what makes living here such a positive experience.
