Emails are often vague Apartment was not very clean when I moved in Delivered packages seem to be left out and generally seem to be left unsecured Although I have not experienced this directly, I have been told maintenance is not the best/quick. Apartment is close enough to campus with great bus access and proximity to restaurants and shops. Despite my issues with the place, I would renew my lease.

Amenities constantly broken, multiple things busted in my room that they never fixed after multiple requests and absolute scam artists in terms of payment. Forced me to pay for damage I didn't even cause and when I said I could prove that I didn't cause it they just waffled around and prevented me from accessing my account which had the messages and photos with proof. Even after multiple rounds of messages that said they would "get to it." They will scam you do not go here.
