I was charged $50 over a key, which is petty, greedy, and sums up exactly how this place operates. The staff are rude, dismissive, and completely useless. Every interaction feels hostile, like you are inconveniencing them just by asking for basic help. There is zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero effort to resolve issues. This is easily the most unwelcoming leasing staff I have ever dealt with. They nickel and dime residents, communicate poorly, and treat tenants with open disrespect. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not live here.

Being able to look out upon the University of Oregons expansive campus from the luxury and comfort of the Arena District Apartment rooms is an experience I recommend to anyone looking to rent affordable housing near campus. The staff are also very friendly!

Especially the gym and rec area with pool table, thought those were nice touches for the place. I would likely come again with some friends and would highly recommend this place!
