Needing to list and sell my home on top of transitioning through one of the most difficult times of my life, was gut wrenching. My instincts told me Wendy would be the right agent for me. Within minutes of leaving a voicemail with a very short synopsis of my situation I heard my phone ring, Wendy assured me she would be happy, capable and ready to begin helping me as soon as I was ready. Together we had the house listed, staged, and sold in what felt like record time- getting top dollar at a time others had tried to warn me “wasn’t a good time to list” Wendy said, “I’ve got this, don’t worry about anything” and what that did for me alone is invaluable. She has a heart of gold and the knowledge, insight and skills that make her a truly remarkable Real Estate Agent. I feel blessed to have listened to the angels speaking that told me to list with Wendy. She sets the bar high for anyone to follow, that’s for sure. 10/10 recommend.
