Jill , the property manager is a very knowledgeable person and she is doing an amazing job with MonteVista. Tony the maintenance manager and his maintenance team always work so hard and go beyond to make sure everything is working properly. Son is the best leasing agent I know, amazing customer service. Kaitlyn is very helpful and very kind. Monte vista is the best property I’ve lived at .
- AGAlexander GutowskyOct 27, 20252.0Your quality of life here greatly depends on who your neighbors are since the walls are paper thin. 2nd floor apartments have a great view of a parking lot, and headlights go right into your bedroom. First floor gets to battle mold and ants. Third floor gets to battle the heat since this place does not have AC units, and good luck getting portable units to circulate air around these C shaped apartment layouts. This is probably a good community for families with parents that already forfeited their right to peace and quiet a long time ago, but if you work from home this place is an absolute living nightmare. Rent should honestly be 200-300 dollars cheaper for what you get, and I suspect its only this high because the progress ridge area itself is a nice place to be. Would not recommend.

The amenities are clean year-round and I've never seen a compatibly priced apartment complex with so nice workout rooms, temperature controlled swimming pools, and beautiful grounds. The entire staff is excellent as well.
