I’ve lived here for 6 years and this management is the worst. Terrible communication. Unorganized staff. No one knows anything about whats going on with anything. We can call and email multiple times and won’t hear back for weeks.

I've been having problems with cockroaches in my unit. Since October of 2024 I have been trying to get the leasing office to take care of the issue. I put in a work order in October of 2024 and it was marked as completed before any pest control showed in. It's been a year and multiple work orders later and there are still roaches in my unit. Building M has a history of pest/cockroaches and instead of fixing the problem they do once a week treatments for two-three weeks. That's just one example of multiple problems at Cedar Crest. Poor communication from the leasing office is another. I've tried responding to emails sent from the leasing office, but I get a email back saying I'm blocked. Adrina H commented I should communicate with lease over the and I have. I have work orders over roaches dating back to 10/27/24 look at the pictures.

It's been 3 months or more that I've been talking about this problem, but they never managed to fix it; the excuse is always that they're going to resolve it, but they never do.

Initially sent a maintenance request for my kitchen cupboards because the hinges kept falling out of the wood. This turned into having to get ALL of my cupboards In my bathroom and kitchen completely redone even though my unit was recently renovated in the past few months, but Cedar Crest made it look great on the outside but absolutely horrible on the inside due to water damage that should have been dealt with from the beginning before I moved in or the unit was renovated. Adrian with maintenance was helpful & emphasized that I deserve to be getting what I’m paying for & he initiated all the cupboards getting redone. However Adrian’s “best guys” came in & did a pretty poor/average job. Adrian backed them up saying that they did what they could in one day, considering this type of work should take a whole week. That’s exactly the problem, I’d rather have something done CORRECTLY & take a bit longer instead of doing a below average, rushed job in one day. After 2 weeks of this chaos of the workers having to come back multiple times to fix things, (I think) everything is finally resolved. After the last painter came by, I found drops of paint IN my cats water bowl & thank GOD my cats are fine or else we’d have a much bigger problem on our hands. Overall, almost all of the people involved were trying to do this as fast as possible, without paying attention to the small details & it was frustrating to have to consistently advocate for myself & my apartment to be made a priority instead of just doing the bare minimum. I appreciate Adrian’s understanding & effort throughout this entire process, he was picking up the pieces from everyone else & I’m grateful he took the initiative & was understanding & did what he could to make this place worth living in.
