  We recently refinanced our home and had the pleasure of working with Kelly and Lisa. Kelly walked us through every step of the process and was incredibly patient while we completed some renovations before our appraisal to help us reach our targeted appraisal amount. Our paperwork changed a few times throughout the process, and both Kelly and Lisa made sure to explain every update clearly. Kelly took the time to chat with us over the phone and on video calls whenever needed, always answering our questions and ensuring we were comfortable and happy before moving forward. You can truly tell that Kelly cares about her clients and their needs. We’re so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone for their mortgage needs!

  I received Kelly as my mortgage agent through Canadian Mortgage app and not only did I get the worst customer service I have ever dealt with it was also the worst experience I have ever had. Kelly made multiple promises to me she did not keep making me make decisions that almost made my whole deal fall through weeks before closing. She advised I go one way with financing and then backed out at the very last minute. Kelly would not answer her phone or email and explain to me what was going on. Through out the whole process she would tell me one thing and it not be true then not answer for days and leave me with no idea what was going on. I had no choice but to take my business else where after already losing financially to finally close my deal after having to change my closing date and start all over 2 weeks before closing.

  Kelly is extremely helpful and thorough. She walked us through a number of different financing options for a new mortgage and made sure we understood the nuances. Ultimately we chose to remain with our current financial institution but will definitely be checking in with Kelly when it’s time to renew.
