She kept in contact with me promptly, offering advice, when asked, and always had the answer at her fingertips. She communicated through text, phone calls, video, and e-mails. She was never pushy but encouraged me in my pursuit that just the right property was out there. Even after the closing, Terry helped find a handyman and an electrician that I could rely on. She even worked closely with my local family, as I do not live in the state. She drove from Tulsa to Bartlesville to winterize my pipes and make sure my faucets were dripping when the temperature was to plummet to 24 degrees! I consider her a friend.
