He’s truly one of the best tour guides I’ve met!

- CBConnor BaileyNov 11, 20251.0Currently living at the flats with constant power outages, a warped island wall due to water damage from our AC unit that’s yet to be fixed despite having multiple maintenance requests. The people working the front desk are unhelpful and rarely solve the issue you’re talking about, for example, I’ve been charged 50$ a month since I moved in for covered parking I don’t use and opted out of at the very beginning of the year. I barely just received a measly 100$ in reimbursement for my 200$ of unused covered parking, there are also multiple types of liability insurance and rent reporting monthly charges that only take action AFTER you have moved in and settled down, all with the same goal of hoping you forget to opt out since they sent the email about it months late. If you can find a differently owned/managed place for somewhat similar price I’d take my chances if I were you.

The apartments are much more spacious than the other student housing apartments around. I like the fact that you only have 4 apartments per floor, makes it feel more like a community!
