  my sister has lived here for YEARS & occasionally me and my son will come visit and swim with her or just hang out. I just appreciate how clean the property and the pool is! we have never had problems and are always happy with the pool when we come to town to visit! I don’t live here but if I stayed in norman I definitely would!

  The Office People Morgan and Payten and Maintenance Men have been nothing but Amazing since I've been here for 6 months. My apartment was flooded the Manager and Asstice Manager got Me moved with in 30 minutes. Anytime I am at the Office the Staff is Kind and Caring. It's Sad too see people bashing the Office Staff when They honestly do alot for the tenants. Maybe if would show Other's Respect you will get Respect back. Going in hot headed and constantly talking and trash talking the Staff that would get you ANYTHING They can. They help People as much as They possibly can. It's sad too hear resistance talking so Poorly about Them. Tenants who have issues with Race need too stop. It's Ugly and there is NO Reason for it. Again I show Respect and I'm treated with the Same Respect. I'm Greatful for My Home. ​

  the staff in the office here are so nice! I honestly have never felt so welcome somewhere before. (the front office was under construction and everyone still made sure to help me) the lawn and flowers look amazing too! you should definitely give this place a chance! I don’t agree with the negative reviews I seen before coming here . peyton and megan were great.

  I would like to say Payton and Morgan haven't only made emerald greens our home but they have made us very comfortable! And well taken care of we are so appreciated to have found them definitely worth staying awhile!

  So today while checking out at Walmart, the cashier two other ladies and myself were talking about places to rent because the sweet sweet cashiers lease was ending and was looking for recommendations. Unfortunately the lady checking out in front of me decided to share her negative feedback when i said check out Emerald Greens i live there and i think they have some units available. I have seen this woman just in passing before in the common areas at the complex. When she told this cashier that it was horrible etc i had to chime in and ask her why it was she felt this way and to sum it up she was being evicted for non payment of her unit. Now to my point when i moved into my apartment during the whole approval process and everything that needed to be done to get my keys let me tell yall Payten and Morgan were so helpful!! Those ladies went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had. They were patient with me during the whole process. Moving in any MINOR issues i had were fixed by the matinence team who are amazing as well. I am going on my second year of living here and have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. My apartment flooded due to a connecting unit, on a weekend mind you and within 20mins not only were the matinence staff in my apartment but Morgan herself to obviously see and address the flood but Morgan also checked on me and I hate to admit my sister was hateful to Morgan which was completely out of line and she didnt deserve it, but Morgan stayed respectful and understanding while still managing to do her job and genuinely make sure that I was okay because i was crying( I dont do well in stressful situations yall lol). My point here is this Payten and Morgan you ladies are doing an amazing job in my eyes and deserve to know that while some of the tenants may be bitter just know that yall have tenants that appreciate the work you both do and will gladly and respectfully disagree with someone speaking negatively about you in the checkout lane at Wal-Mart lol Thank you for going above and beyond Payten, Morgan and the matinence team
