  Canceled my showing after a 35 minute notice, as shown in their text below. (Both of their 'please confirm' texts came at the same time, notice how they didn't time stamp one. The cute "no response from you" conveniently forgets to add that their office was CALLED for more information on Dec 2). They weren't willing to let me tour all of the properties I was interested in, anyway. All communication with them was cold/mostly automated, despite my attempt at trying to be warm, as evidenced in their text below. The call with their office was worse, they definitely don't want to hear from you on the phone! I won't apologize for working nights and not responding by "1pm" when you were going to cancel at 12:35pm anyway. I woke up early at 1:30 to see the cancelation when, again, there was zero communication from anyone I interacted with that I would need to confirm my appointment within a 30 minute window on the DAY of. Thank you for your response to my review and giving me the opportunity to edit it for clarity. I appreciate you bringing the receipts.

  I rented from BPM for six years. Had I don’t been relocating I would have stayed where I was. The office people are amazing, the people they choose for maintenance was always amazing. I can say this with 100000000 certainty if I ever move back to Oklahoma I would use them again. Super easy move in process and easy move out my rent didn’t jump like others around me every year. Give them a shot!!!

  I can’t say enough about how wonderful BPM has been for me and my family. We currently lease two properties from them. Both properties are affordable. Anytime we have an issue, the issue is addressed within 24-48 hours. Recently, my daughter had an issue with the electrical line from her home; it was sagging and a fire hazard. BPM, OG&E, and the city of Norman worked together quickly to get this issue remedied and power restored. The projected time was 2 to 3 days; everything was fixed within 24 hours. Everyone who works at BPM has been kind and helpful. With the price of rent these days, Norman is really lucky to have BPM.
