Very well kept, it is hard to see any building numbers in the evenings, no lighting on the building signage.

UPDATE: Since I posted this review, we’ve had 3 more inspections! It has now become we have an inspection every single Tuesday. I have been renting in Norman for 27 years, and I have NEVER lived somewhere where the landlord has to enter the apartment as much as this place does. I don’t like leaving bad reviews because the office team here is absolutely wonderful, especially Donna. But had I known all these forced entries were going to be “required” I would have rented elsewhere. If you have pets, a sleeping baby, or work nights, this becomes a BIG issue. I work overnight until 7am and need to be sleeping during the late morning and afternoon. For $1600 a month I expect to be able to do that in peace. They have done every “inspection” that you can imagine. Why not do these inspections before the person moves in or after they renew their lease? And oh by the way, when you renew your lease they require an inspection. We’ve had “balcony inspections,” then the ‘regular’ fire inspection. Then after the fire inspection they come back with a new fire extinguisher (why not bring it on the first inspection?) Then at a later date they come by with a new furnace filter. Then last week they said we have a city of Norman fire inspection. What? I’ve never heard of the actual city fire department, who work for the city, go to a private property to do required inspections. Now this week we have yet another inspection where they have to go in every room in your apartment and look around. We’re given a 2 day window, 8 hours at a time. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. So for 2 days, 8 hours at a time I have to cage my pets (who I pay $40 a month pet rent for) and wait around for a group of people I don’t know to come walk through every room of my apartment, and then go to work with 0 sleep. Each time they do this they beat on the door like they’re the police and give you about 5 seconds to answer before they just barge on in. You expect better, when you’re paying $1600 a month.

Their idea of move-in ready is not the same as mine. It looks like the previous tenants took out their frustration on the apartment and refrigerator, obvious dents & dings, looks like maintenance painted over the dust/dirt and did a rushed job (glued vinyl was still wet and sticky in spots in the bathroom, a broken set of blinds, and not well cleaned. I was disappointed and expected more for the amount of money we're paying. In my opinion, they should credit us $47.43 (pro-rated rent of $44.16 Rent, $1.30 Pet, $1.97 Additional Monthly Fees) since it was not ready for us to move in. Also, why charge $3.07 Monthly Billing Admin Fee (really?!), is that necessary? After seeing the difference between the units we toured, which seem to be their model apartments, and the one we received, I recommend you do not sign the lease or give them a cent before you do a walk through of the apartment on move-in day, but I guess that's a no-brainer. I guess we were anxious to get settled in, and with everything we needed to get done, we weren’t thinking clearly. The young ladies in the office seem nice and courteous. Nice location.
