  Chris was extremely helpful and professional throughout the application process. Gateways online application process was a breeze to complete. Chis gave us weekly video updates on where we and they were in the process. He always had time to talk and discuss rate and economy issues. He answered all questions very straight forwardly. His assistant Chandler was equally helpful. Gateways rates were not quite as competitive as some national lenders, but we felt the advantages of dealing locally outweighed 2/10 percentage points. I would highly recommend Chris to all those looking for a mortgage loan. Gary Parker
