But They do not clean APTs well before you move in my cabinets were full of dead painted cockroaches and food. And My kitchen counters Have missing pieces that they didn’t want to fix. My bathroom counters were stained up. They charge me probably an extra $80 for water and trash every month, but they do not charge that to everybody. They will tell you they do but I know people who live here that don’t.

Every concern I've raised, every maintenance request I've put in, was address and resolved promptly. There are so many community building events. They've really fostered a neighborly environment!

They had to come back 4 times in a week in a half to keep fixing our washer because they didn’t do it right the first 3 times. Just very inefficient. It really makes me not enjoy living here. Also the garbage people don’t seem to like to come to the third floor and get trash at night even though I pay $75 a month for it. It’s a complete waste of money and time to do really. I wish I had found a better more efficient place to live.
