But They do not clean APTs well before you move in my cabinets were full of dead painted cockroaches and food. And My kitchen counters Have missing pieces that they didn’t want to fix. My bathroom counters were stained up. They charge me probably an extra $80 for water and trash every month, but they do not charge that to everybody. They will tell you they do but I know people who live here that don’t.

Every concern I've raised, every maintenance request I've put in, was address and resolved promptly. There are so many community building events. They've really fostered a neighborly environment!
- SMSophia MautererSep 27, 20252.0Maintenance people are just absolutely awful. It will take weeks for them to get it “done”. But when bits done it is still not fixed. They had to come back 4 times in a week in a half to keep fixing our washer because they didn’t do it right the first 3 times. Just very inefficient. It really makes me not enjoy living here. Also the garbage people don’t seem to like to come to the third floor and get trash at night even though I pay $75 a month for it. It’s a complete waste of money and time to do really. I wish I had found a better more efficient place to live.

I do not recommend 1) We were not offered a guide for our tour which is normally fine except the woman helping us had us wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes before we ultimately left because we had a few questions to ask after our self-guided tour. I do not blame her for that though because it seems she was the only person in office. 2) During our tour we noticed black mold (attached in photo) in the outdoor storage, and the “move in ready” apartment we were in reeked of smoke, weed, and something funky like mold. It is also was very landlord special if you know what I mean. 3) After looking at prices, they were very expensive considering the quality and size of the units, especially after comparing to cheaper and bigger units that were built less than 10 years ago in the area! Ultimately just another crummy place to rent. I have a 4 month old daughter and I could never allow her to live there.

The staff in the front office are truly amazing friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. It really feels like they care about the residents and the community. I’m so glad I chose to live here with my girlfriend.
