- CWChill WillNov 27, 20231.0Glad to be gone! When I first moved in, everything was great. When I signed the lease for another year, everything went to hell! My AC went out in the middle of summer, I was forced out of my unit bc of my medical conditions and the heat I couldn't live there. While paying for a hotel, I called almost daily to get an update or something but calls, emails and office visits went unanswered or returned. Finally November 19 my unit was fixed and I received an email back. During this time I'm paying for a hotel and rent so unfortunately rent was late, they sent an eviction and still no further communication after several attempts. Beware, if you live here they will screw you and then hide their hands!
