Paid the application fee, submitted the application, gave them everything they needed. Called the office the next day and got the run around but were told everything looked good and that they would make a decision by that afternoon. We never received a call back. Contacted them the next day and were told that our name was not on the "list" I called 2 other people asking why the home was still posted and allowing other people to pay the fee and apply. Got zero callbacks. Something is off with this property management company. Poor organization, communication and imo it's very dishonest to keep taking people's money for "application" fees if they already have a renter? This was the first time we looked at a property by HCO company and will more than likely be the last. I don't know what is going on in their office but they 100 percent need a new Office Manager.
