- RRrandy randy4 days ago1.0I attempted to contact this company multiple times but only reached generic AI-generated answering messages. After emailing, a man named Zach eventually called. He told me they do not work in the area where I am looking for a home, even though a previous realtor from this company had worked with me to buy a home in that area and stated they are licensed statewide, which Zach confirmed. When I asked how another realtor from his company had been able to sell to me in that same area, Zach made a sarcastic comment and mentioned that is why the other realtor no longer sells with them full time. Zach was unpersonable, rude, and seemed rushed to end the call once I started asking questions. Later, another woman from the company called and confirmed they can sell in the area where I am looking—it just requires more work. This means Zach was dishonest with me, and I received conflicting information. During the call, she laughed and spoke sarcastically, as if my concerns were a joke. The entire experience was rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. I would not recommend this company.
