    This place has been a great management Shawn always responds quickly and helps with whatever problem ther is . I definitely can give a 5 star and highly recommend.

    WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. DO NOT ALLOW THESE IMBECILES TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We are tenants and they NEVER pick up the phone. Never call back after leaving voicemails. They dont answer emails. We've had nothing but issues with our water. You can forget about maintenance. When we moved into our unit, it was dirty. And sloppy paint. They even painted over outlets! There was CAT HAIR all over and painted into the wall. One of the bedrooms you can tell that the cats slept in that room. Absolutely putrid smell. Then we noticed over the next 2 months, our son kept getting tiny bites ALL OVER HIS BODY. It was so sad to see. We then realized that it was from the carpet of that room. He likes to lay on the carpet and play. We told them about the bedbugs in that room biting him and they did nothing. We had to take care of the bugs and carpet ourselves and then my son stopped getting bites. As soon as we moved in, the stove did not turn on. So we ignored it and cooked on a hot plate. But one day my hubby checked behind the stove and it wasn't plugged into the gas line. So about 1 month later, we decided to hook up the stove to the gas. We called the gas company and they came out. They said that the gas pipe was UNCAPPED!!!!!! And that its illegal to have it that way. And that gas could've leaked and KILLED US!! I wrote to them about that, they didn't care. Every time I would go in to put in a maintenance order, their website will not allow me to pick any slots. It requires you pick 5 time slots but every single time I go to pick, even after picking 5 slots, the button to submit the order NEVER lights up for me. It stays dark. So I go and pick other slots, even picking just one slot, but that submit button never allows me to press it. The guy who picks up the phone calls for emergency calls, Shawn, is so rude. I had to even shout over him because he tried to call me a liar and he gave me so much attitude. He wouldn't listen to us because he said it's a weekend. They lock their business door so you can't even walk in to see these bozos. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTIES. I can't wait to move out of here. RUN FROM THEM!!!!

    PMI Green Country has been absolutely outstanding to work with! Their team is professional, responsive and genuinely cares about the communities they serve. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to address it quickly and with a friendly attitude. They make HOA management seamless and it’s rare to find a management company that blends professionalism with such a personal touch, but PMI Green Country delivers on both. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hard work. You truly set the standard for what great property management should be. Shoutout to Nancy, Erika & Cheryl! You all are the best!

    Horrible they would not come fix are windows for 5 years making are gas and electric bill suuuupperrr high then when are pipes busted in the front of are house they just patched it up the water started coming through are front door plus are water bill was almost 700 dollars didn't help us pay a dime they are horrible and would not recommend for nobody to rent from them ..

    I had missed a payment due to issues with the mail and when I called and spoke with Erica, she did a fantastic job of helping resolve the issue and get my fees paid promptly. I greatly appreciate her understanding and professionalism.
