  I can’t believe that they have new managment and they want to charge you the double for water and trash and I don’t know what else it’s included in the monthly bill that is insane . I love my place but every month the prices go up. I just going to have look for another place

  If you move here after reading this, that’s your fault. This is hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. There is constant crime — police are here literally every other day. My door was kicked down, and when I asked the front office for camera footage to make a police report, they refused. I was left living in fear with zero support. It got so bad that I leased a second apartment elsewhere before my lease was even up because I was desperate to get away. That alone should tell you how unsafe and stressful this place is. I was paying over $2,000 a month leasing TWO apartments just to feel safe because living here caused extreme anxiety. One neighbor walked around drunk and naked and management did nothing after it was reported. There are shootings, kids fighting outside, and rocks being thrown at cars. Neighbors sit outside from 7 PM to 4 AM, drunk and blasting music, with zero intervention from management. The apartments are infested with roaches. Pest control comes monthly or more, forcing you to empty your apartment every time. If you don’t, it’s a $250 fine. Feeding a stray cat? $500 fine. My rent was supposed to be $805, but with added fees it was $900+ every month, including a $30 fee just to pay rent. The walls are paper thin. A family of three with two dogs lived above me and the noise was constant, day and night. I had to stay in a hotel and was even put on anxiety medication due to the nonstop noise and stress. After my lease ended, I was hit with a $700+ move-out charge even though I left the apartment in great condition. Now they’re threatening to send it to collections, forcing me to lawyer up over charges that make no sense. This place is unsafe, overpriced, poorly managed, and mentally exhausting. Management does not care about residents at all. Save yourself the stress and live literally anywhere else.

  Absolutely do not live here!!! Maintenance sucks we went without AC for 5 months they put a window unit in and called it good so we were living out of our living room cause it didn’t reach our bedroom and when it got cold well we had to suck it up bc the window unit didn’t provide heat maintenance guy has no respect he would walk inside our place with a blunt in his mouth!! People would come inside our home and steal and also along with our car and well if you want your theft to be caught very unlikely cause they don’t have surveillance cameras we moved out two months ago we had 4 months left on our lease I advise you to not live here!!! We are so relived now that we don’t have to deal with this place anymore!!

  Living here has become so stressful. I'm in therapy from the stress this place has caused me. I was so afraid to come out and say something in fear of retaliation, but the greed of this place is so depressing. Every month the bill changes. It's a 27-30 dollar fee for Trash. Water fee, sewage fee , pest control fee, fees fees fees. A 100 dollar late fee. A 100 dollar fee that increases if you refuse or if you're not prepped everytime pest control comes which is every 2 months. Management that would walk around with a gun on his hip for intimidation. There is no peace here. Please don't believe the lies of the five star reviews they get entered into a raffle to win money off. But it's never really money off they find a way to add additional fees. There is no quality of life here. If you reach out to the office about an issue you're gonna get the run around, you're gonna get passed off to someone else. Jeff is never on site when you have an issue. Be fearful when you hear a tow truck. I have seen Soo many neighbors stuff get towed. My car has been towed before too. It use to be peaceful here but this new management is insatiable. Once I told my therapist about the things I've been through since being here she said I may wanna just deal with an eviction than to destroy my peace of mind. I just really felt it in my heart to come forward and let people know how sneaky this place is. They don't care. Once they have you in that lease it's a wrap. Don't even get me started on the maintenance that never finishes anything. For the money you pay the police stay active in these apartments as well. There has been a lot of illegal stuff going on. Take the time to look at some other parts of the complex not just the building they take you to. People move in and move out just as fast. Please save yourself 🙏🏾
