We’ve been residents since 2022, and this has truly felt like home. The staff goes above and beyond—the maintenance crew responds quickly, and the office staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional. What really stands out is the sense of community. They consistently host events for residents, which makes living here even more enjoyable. We appreciate everything they do!

The Parking is terrible!!! I’ve lived here almost 4years & have made several complaints and suggestions about getting Parking permits for residence. if you live near the restaurant, it’s very terrible. Imagine having tons of groceries and you have to park far away from your home because the parking lot is filled with restaurant customers that do not live here. Old bag of nails customers should not park in front of apartments buildings! Or even the back. They take up all the spots I front of the restaurant, all the spots in the back of the restaurant & park in spots that should strictly be for residents!!!! Which is in front of buildings. I don’t think they should be allowed to park in the back by the pool either. That’s still taking up the little bit of parking that we barely have for residents.
•The walls are very thin here, so I’m always hearing my neighbors music very loud when she has a lot of people over again. I’ve made noise complaints through my portal. Not sure if they’re being addressed, but you can also hear people going up and down the stairs in the stairwell because the walls are just so thin!! There are other minor complaints, but I will keep them in my back pocket for now, just the parking and the thin walls are my biggest concerns living here. PS also during the summertime you’re only allowed to guest at the pool which kind of sucks because I pay a lot of rent and if I wanna have other family members come over they’re not allowed which is strange. They have security at the pool so I don’t think there should be a limit on how many people or maybe at least more than two guest should be allowed if that’s the case. But overall, I do love my apartment. Maintenance is pretty fast getting things done if something needs done, it fits me and my puppy fine. :)

The staff is absolutely wonderful here. The amenities are great, and they’re also doing nice things for their residents. Today they did decorating cookies and Christmas wrapping stations. I’ve been here 2 years now and I absolutely love it here.

The property Manager (Sierra) was on the defense as soon as I approached her about heat not working for 3 weeks in the middle of winter. She stated “It has only been 8 working days because of Thanksgiving.” I responded by telling her this is not a broken outlet and this is no heat and should be considered an emergency. She also said to just turn on the emergency heat. Obviously she is not knowledgeable on how it works. Emergency heat is meant for “Short term usage” The reason why is because it uses up to 5 times the electricity. She said it didn’t. Management is rude and not qualified to run an apartment complex. She is saying it can be another 5 days. In her defense she supplied 2 small space heaters.

I recently toured this property as I’m looking to move soon, and I was really impressed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. The leasing office had great energy, and everything felt organized and professional from the moment I walked in.
The community itself looked clean and well-kept, and the amenities were exactly what I’m looking for. The units I saw were modern, bright, and spacious, and you can tell the property is taken care of. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing, fees, and availability — no surprises.
Even though I haven’t moved in yet, my experience so far has been really positive, and this place is definitely at the top of my list.
