The units are in good shape and maintenance service is good. My complaint is that they'll jack up the price after you're moved in. For example, the floorplan I live in is advertised for $1432-1506 to new renters, but the lowest renewal offer they'll give me as a current resident is $1641. I'm still trying to decide whether switching units is worth saving $3000 over the next 15 months, but I am a little irritated that they won't honor the prices on their website for current residents.
