The biggest complaint I have so far is probably the lack of contact. Its extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone, resulting in my husband and I being able to view an apartment less than 5 days before our set move in date (so we had to sign the lease before we even saw the place...) but otherwise, so far so good. 😊
