    I lived at Baxter Park for 4 years. Ashley and Jessica are simply the best. If you’re looking for a good place to live in Columbus, this is it.

    I moved in about a month ago and the transition has been seamless, thanks to the amazing management team. A special shoutout to Ashley! She always goes above and beyond. She’s quick to respond to messages, keeps me updated if she notices packages waiting for me, and is always such a friendly face to see when I stop by for my morning coffee. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism have made settling in such a positive experience.

    Just recently, the baxter had leaked running all through my unit on the first floor from the apartment above me.As a result, my a c unit went out the complex motive.All my things and told me that they had no responsibility.And it will just fall on the tenant ... losing all my furniture and clothing items from ithe summer.Heat destroying with mold.. and humidity in pipes in possibly the walls... is been brought to my attention that the previous tenant James also had his things molded in my unit before I ever moved in, they just painted over everything.And moved me in... i've been recovering from a car accident.The front desk was very professional with my car Accident situation patient, even, but the ownership team wants me to vacate.The premises so they can do a quick fix... to scam the next individual out of their hard earned money and all our personal property destroyed. My neighbor had been warning them about my A. C unit making loud noises for months before the incident occurred...
