  The Carr Apartments look exactly like they do on the website. The area was really nice, clean, and quiet. Lauren the property manager was very kind, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the properties she showed me.

  People are thieves out here. Not sure if it’s the employees or neighbors but I’ve lost out on over $500 worth of packages stolen from building 1. I provided the office a copy of the police report and I have yet to get answers. I keep following up and it’s frustrating at this point do the cameras work or not?! Then, one of the leasing agents told me if I would’ve stayed at my other apartments a little longer someone would’ve stole my packages there as well. I lived there for 4 years and never had this issue! I asked how was crime before I signed a lease here and they said none, within 2 weeks of me moving here they started breaking into cars 2 weeks later they’re stealing packages. This is not a good neighborhood be aware and it’s very sad to say! I was extremely happy to move here, just a bad experience so far. Hopefully I get to edit my review down the line but for now 1 star remains.

  Lee did an incredible job with giving me a tour of their apartments. She offered me coffee the moment I walked in and was very friendly! The apartments are very nice and she answered all of my questions! Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to hearing from them :)

  Fire alarms went off constantly— sometimes middle of the night, my fiancée never got a link that worked to get into the gym, after moving out I reached out twice about several things and never heard back— overpriced for what you get — had neighbors with aggressive dogs even though they say they don’t allow these breeds in the complex — got our garbage disposal taken out because they constructed the kitchen sink wrong— overall a 2/5 experience — GLASS everywhere in the grassy area for dogs, super unsafe, and they do not care to take care of the complex—Would not recommend to others unless changes are made ESPECIALLY the fire alarm issue. Simply giving it a 2 because it was in a safe area and I met some great friends.
