  Do not come to this apartment, all of the reviews are very much so true and it’s definitely a waste of time and money. Not only are there constant elevator issues You also have issues with stolen packages, constant trash in hallways. Very unclean environment and washing units that are constantly either unworking or stealing from you. I have nothing positive to say about this apartment and to top it all off, it seems as if none of the property managers nor staff take any accountability for things that happen. So before you come here, ask yourself do you really wanna live in that type of environment?

  I’m not a resident but last friday I received an email to schedule a tour on Saturday. When I got there, there was a note on the office door saying they were closed Saturdays so it confused me that they would even have me schedule Saturday in the first place. My mom and I tried calling all the numbers on the answer machine but no one picked up got send straight to voicemail. We ended up just leaving at that point. I contemplated on just crossing park view off my list but I decided to give them another chance because of the location. I scheduled another tour for Thursday & some days later they emailed me saying they don’t offer in person tours and that I’ll have to get a virtual tour. Which they claimed to be because they have no units available for tour. So I asked for the virtual tour and emailed some questions I have the right to ask about the apartments such as requirements for approval, pest problems, are all appliances working, etc. up until this point they responded pretty quickly to everything else. But as soon as I asked those questions they completely ghosted me. I sent an email the next day for a follow up and heard nothing back. It’s now day 3 & still nothing. Not sure if I can trust this place. Please do not let their silence pressure you into applying. Let them do their job and if they refuse then cross them off your list. Parkview❌

  I've been calling the multiple times they don't get back with you and when we did get an appointment , the person left and was not available , not even in the same state for our appointment

  These apartments are terrible and they only changed names to save face they don’t fix anything at all and when you call and try to get something fixed your met with an attitude. You come home and your power is constantly out, my air currently doesn’t work and they just told me it’s nothing they can do about it for two weeks so what are people supposed to do in a apartment they can’t live in? living conditions are horrible office staff is horrible they all suck.

  They changed their name to try to escape their horrible reputation but we the people know it’s the same company as 444 apartments. These are the worst apartments ever with infestation of the most dirtiest bugs you can think of. I would advise you to look elsewhere.
