  Most of the reviews have covered the build experience. Dustin and Kyle were great to work with as bookends on the build process. The one year check up started in month eleven and we are wrapping up most of the minor adjustments in the upcoming weeks. The repairs have been outstanding when needed and everyone we have worked with has been polite. If there is one shortcoming, the electricians have not been the best and some of the included features don't seem to have a long shelf life. The electricians did some sloppy work with the lights and a few outlets. When a work order was placed, they did not reach out to cancel and never showed up. Hopefully, we can get something worked out in the next week, but it is not promising and not the first time this has happened. The Whirlpool microwave and oven seem to be a disaster for many in the neighborhood, as ours is being looked at for a second time. The Lennox thermostats are highly inaccurate and have been replaced multiple times because even the HVAC crews can't figure out what is wrong. Our A/C also did not work at the start of the summer because some of the wiring in the unit was not done correctly, which is on Lennox and not Pulte. That being said, it shows the unit was not tested. Most of the issues are not directly controlled by Pulte, but quality control might be something that needs to be explored as they build future neighborhoods and houses.

  I had an exceptional build and experience with Pulte. Dustin Wilkinson was the best construction manager that I could have possibly had. He managed the contractors effectively, held their feet to the fire and insured that the quality of our build was what I consider to be above industry standard. The quality care team was also exceptional. Natalie and Kyle addressed and resolved every issue that I had after the purchase of the home which I considered to be minimal. Dawn Kucharski handled the one year warranty review exceedingly well picking up a few things that even I missed. It was an easy and efficient process from purchasing the home through construction and the warranty period. They have built a beautiful neighborhood that we will enjoy for years.

  We recently bought a Pulte Home here. Pulte did a fantastic job. Community is very nice. Very friendly neighborhood.

  Closed a home with Pulte at Briarwood Estates this week Nov 14, 2024. The experience has been fabulous from Construction, Sales and the Design Center. Every issue was addressed in a timely manner and great communication. Would strongly recommend Pulte to anyone. Excellent service from construction manager Dustin and warranty manager Kyle. It's been a year since we closed and minor issues have been scheduled
