Mike went above and beyond fixing our closet! Not only did he repair everything perfectly, but after I mentioned wanting to do a few touch-ups, he even dropped off paint for us without me having to ask. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made the experience outstanding

Just had Mike from maintenance here to solve a couple of problems (primarily to stop my smoke alarm from cheeping!) He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He was very timely with his work and answered all my questions. I have only been living here two weeks full time but I absolutely love it. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I'm looking forward to the Thanksgiving pot luck.

I want to say that our experience here was truly lacking. The communication from the leasing agents was disappointing. We could never get them on the phone so we had to try to catch them in person, often finding the office empty. When we did finally connect with them, they never had a direct answer for us. We would have to follow up as weeks would go by and still no answer. They also didn’t talk to eachother, making it difficult as we would have to start the same conversation over again.
When we moved in there were a ton of issues with the unit. There was a leak in one of the bedrooms that our moving boxes were in, destroying personal items. The thermostat broke and started blowing heat, and not once but TWICE in the summer the unit got up to almost 100° with animals in the unit. The unit was also turned over to us dirty. All these items were “addressed” at the time and somewhat handled with my discussion with the leasing agent. I say somewhat as they completely disregarded the well being of our animals.
I was going to let this experience go and just make it to the end of our lease, but I’ve had enough. My prompt for writing this came from an instance today where the leasing agent contacted my husband as our lease concludes on November 14th and they wanted to go in and turn the unit to prepare for the next tenant WHILE we were still held accountable to pay for the unit. You’re joking, right? I have never met more greedy people in my life and this was icing on the cake to a crappy living situation.
If you want poor communication, horribly built units, $500 electric/ water bills in the winter, and money hungry leasing agents then you should totally live here.
Arin, our maintenance tech, was always on the ball and was the only positive aspect of living here.

I've really enjoyed living here. I am so happy with the decision to live in an apartment that doesn't share walls with others. I love that I can come home to silence, and basically have my own house without a mortgage. The maintenance team has always been fast and super helpful. The office is super nice and fun with the events they put on. The amenities are excellent and so so clean and well kept. I have literally no complaints!
