  It’s literally perfect. 24 hr gym, med high rent, it’s by everything. Down side I’m on the 3 floor besides that …it’s so peaceful here. -

  Would not recommend this apartment complex. The office staff never answers the phone or responds to emails, leaving tenants with questions having to follow up, in multiple forms of contact (calls, voicemails, emails, etc), multiple times, and nothing ever gets answered or returned. You stop by after weeks of trying to get a hold of someone at the office and there is one person there who makes you wait while they tour and nobody else around to ever help. Breezeways always smelled awful. Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else.

  I currently live here with my partner. Not only is it a quiet and amazing place to live in with really kind neighbors. But we have a kickass management team at the office. They always listen and fufill things to the end. They truly care and Don the matinence man is so amazing. He answers all emergency calls too, he is thorough so kind and so trustworthy which just means so much when you live somewhere you don’t own and can’t handle all the fixing of stuff . We truly appreciate him and all the effort he puts in. Fuller apartments is truly blessed with such an employee and the office.

  Living at The Fuller Apartments in Perrysburg has been a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. The unit itself is very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting home. The property is well cared for, and the surrounding neighborhood is both peaceful and lovely. I am so pleased to have chosen this community—it truly feels like the right decision. I want to thank Don from maintenance for the excellent job he did in my apartment. He replaced the shower faucet and fixed the garbage disposal in just a few minutes. He was not only quick and efficient but also very friendly and helpful throughout the process. It’s always a relief to have someone so professional and courteous take care of repairs. Great experience—thank you, Don!
