Maintenance is incredibly responsive and usually have no more than a 24 hour wait, even for low priority issues. The apartment itself is the best I've lived in over the past 15 years in Columbus. I will literally stay here until the rent is too much for me to afford!

It used to work for about 90 days, prior to having me to relink my bank account, then at 60 days I would get notified to relink bank account……And now every month. I went down to the office and they basically said not their problem take it up with my bank. My bank states it the portal. Way too much work and aggravation. Gramercy charges you a convenience fee for paying rent in any other option than auto-pay. This is anything but convenient

She also took the time to show me the online application process on her desktop since I’m new to getting an apartment, which I really appreciated. Tori is always on time, never keeps me waiting, and her tours are the perfect length — not too long and not too short. The Gramercy itself is very organized and offers a lot of benefits that make the move-in process easy and straightforward, which gave me even more confidence. I truly appreciate all her help! Highly recommend her if you’re looking at The Gramercy.
