    Andy was a great tour guide. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding utilities and the unit. I would recommend him to anybody touring Sugar Run at New Albany.

    We’ve had such a great experience at Sugar Run at New Albany! From day one, Delia made the whole leasing and move-in process super easy. She was so friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get settled in. The amenities here are amazing, the gym and clubhouse are beautiful, the pool is perfect in the summer, and the dog park is so convenient for quick walks. Even the mailbox area is easy to access and makes life a little simpler! The overall vibe of Sugar Run is just so nice, clean, quiet, and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier to call this place home. Huge thanks to Delia and the whole team for making it such a great experience!

    This place is horrible. Run away fast. Unfortunately I’ve lived here for 5 years which is 5 1/2 years too long - no that isn’t a typo. I moved in when I sold my home intending to be here only 1 year (maybe 2 max), but then Covid happened and I was really sick for almost couple of years so I’ve been stuck here. Maintenance is terrible. I ask that they call before they come over and they never do. They also know less about home repairs than I do (I’m female). The apartment upstairs leaked and ruined the drywall on the ceiling and they were just going to let it dry then paint it. I had to force them to replace the drywall. The windows are so old and leaky it’s crazy. Your hot water is connected to the heat so you can’t shower while the heat is running if you want really hot water. The office staff is rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They also just switched from AEP to NEP which means my electric bill will probably triple based on what I’ve seen online from my others with NEP. They don’t currently sub meter but I expect that will be the next thing. I’m out of here when my current lease expires.
