In walking distance to your favorite restaurants, coffee shops, nail salons and more. Ariana, Lizzie and Ben are extremely helpful and great to work with!

Ariana & Ben are AWESOME and respond immediately to any issue you might have. The facilities are immaculate and the common areas are extremely well maintained. The tenants are wonderful and Ariana makes sure that there are several holiday themed events during the year that foster great times and memories for everyone in the Market & Main Familiy! In my 76 years I have lived in more than my share of apartment buildings. None can compared to the consistent high quality experience I have had at Market & Main! This is not the same cookie cutter, pre-fab, box style apartment complex that you see lining the streets in every sub-urb now a day. Most places seem like they were bought out of the same apartment complex catalogue just in a different colors. Market and Main is quality and bespoke. The attention to detail is remarkable. Beautiful marble showers and bathroom floors, heavy solid interior doors, high ceiling and high doorways, beautiful hard wood. On top of that, the management is amazing. They are always there when you need them and any maintenance request is completed within two days unless it’s an emergency in which case it’s handled right away. I can’t say enough. The location is incredible too. It’s so nice being able to walk to restaurants and coffee for breakfast lunch and dinner, and there is ice cream and shopping and a cvs all right out your door.

They make such an effort to get to know all of the residents, which makes the complex feel less like an apartment building and more like a neighborhood. The maintenance team also deserves a huge shoutout—they’re always responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and thoroughly, often going above and beyond what I expected. It’s clear that both the leasing staff and maintenance team take pride in making this a great place to live.
