- APAshley Phillips6 days ago5.0I lived here from 2022-2024 and this was by far my favorite place. The interior and exterior of the building was beautiful and all top end appliances (really enjoyed the double stove) the staff was amazing Ben (maintenance) came to my rescue when I locked myself out of the garage more times than I liked to admit and always did it with a smile. Ariana at the front desk was amazing and always so helpful. I can’t express how lovely this place and staff was enough. I felt so safe here and loved living here so much

Communication has never been clear, contracts are unclear, over priced and most importantly disrespectful behaviour by management, the only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy benjamin extremely kind and helpful.
- AHAdel HanandehJan 5, 20261.0Extremely predatory management company. They charge tenants for random and questionable fees with little transparency. If you ever need to break your lease, expect excessive penalties, including two full months of rent, plus additional charges for move-out days, which is completely unreasonable. On top of the financial issues, the overall quality and management are very poor. The properties are poorly maintained, and dealing with management is frustrating and unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether. There are far better and more ethical property management companies out there.
