These apartments have stood strong over the years. The only issue I have is safety and security. Many security lights outside and common halls are not working and there is many sidewalk and parking lot areas decaying, causing a trip hazard. Many common doors do not close properly causing unwanted animals and rodents to enter.

I'd like to say I removed my bad post. Thank you to the management/owner for removing the trashy tenants below my brother's apartment. For taking my concerns into consideration. Now the home is quite. Peace moving forward. I don't know if it was the owner or who. But just thank you. Now living here is amazing. They are moving in the right direction. They do listen to their tenants. Thank you, thank you....

Move in process was very easy, they explained everything upfront with the boiler system and what utilities are included. We did a belief walk through of our apartment before our move in, they are older apartments so wear and tear is a given but other then that everything was great. When we actually moved in and we filled out our move in check list of things that were damaged not working or needs repairs a few things popped up. Some things have been taken care of off the list since move in and some are still not taken care of but I'm patient and will give them the benefit of the doubt. Besides the things not taken care of yet that should have been fixed prior to our move in everything else was good. And the staff the very nice and is quick to respond to emails or calls.

Just in the first month of living here I know I love it either from how good it looks because it’s newly renovated or how cheap the rent is it’s a blessing to be here for me, there was a small problem with one of the bathroom doors and I told Mrs Cherie Huffman which then she had maintenance come the next day and even maintenance was 10/10 service. Before I moved in and was in the process of applying and everything I had a lot of questions and needed help but Mrs Cherie Huffman walked me through everything and was very very helpful through the whole process, Olde towne apartments is a great place and you’ll love to call it home thats not even the beginning the gym there always feel good inside (cold) the pool is 4 feet then has a buoy in the middle that has 5 feet on the other side just great. You can’t go wrong with olde towne apartments.
