    Me and my partner lived here for around 4 years. Just moved out. Terrible time the whole time. Moving in, the kitchen window was broken and didn’t lock, said they’d fix it. They NEVER fixed it. Moving in, closet doors were barely hanging on, said they’d fix them, and NEVER fixed them. After moving in, the bathroom fan caught on fire. Maintenance took about 8 months to even replace it. Then they did a terrible patch job. Then our tub upstairs was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. It took several maintenance crew attempts to fix it. The botched the ceiling patch. Even left the mess for us to clean up after they repaired it. Also, every time maintenance came for the tub, the kept re-culking which just kept molding and they’d culk over the mold. Bed bugs took over a year to get taken care of because Brian wouldn’t help us. We got them after a new neighbor moved in, but he wouldn’t check the neighboring apartments. Now that we’ve moved out, they told us we had until the 9th, so we turned keys in on the 8th. The email states the LEASE ended the 9th, so anytime AFTER the 10th there would be a prorate for rent. Now they’re trying to charge rent from the 1st to 9th!! Over $400!! When we followed the email and was out on time. Very rude staff. Does not care about properly fixing anything and blames tenant for things they caused.

    Excelente lugar, la señorita Whitney nos atendió muy bien y nos tuvo paciencia a pesar q nosotros no sabemos inglés. Muy contenta 😉
