  Not for us. Salesperson very helpful. We liked many of the features and options of the floor plans. Lot sizes on the small side.

  If you choose to buy a home from this company, expect poor workmanship, misrepresentation, and lack of followup. I just closed on a home, reluctantly, late in October. After two attempts, they are removing their carpeting and I am having to install it with an outside vendor. Upon removal of the existing carpeting, I have found holes in the concrete that were supposed to have been repaired before carpet installation and weren't. The same situation exists under the vinyl flooring. I have asked them what they are going to do to rectify that problem and haven't received any answer at all. BUYER BEWARE. Issues that were supposed to be addressed before closing still haven't been corrected.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! They ask you to sign with the promise they will fix your repairs in a timely manner. It’s not true! We closed the end of October and our repairs still aren’t done! The items they did repair weren’t done completely. Please do your research first. We thought we picked an impeccable builder we didn’t. We wished we went with Ryan, the home would’ve been built quicker and we would’ve expected to have issues with our home. We had/have floor pops, “ghost doors”, heating and cooling issues, condensation on windows, exterior issues, horrible paint job, pumps were leaking, the yard wasn’t graded, and the list goes on. We escalated our concerns to corporate because the Cleveland office isn’t responding timely. Still waiting on Corporate!! We wanted to love our home and neighborhood but with all the lingering issues how can we. We were promised a pavilion - don’t have it. The landscape around the common areas are overgrown with weeds and rocks. Please beware.
