  They have an issue they correct it!!just like every other pulte development.

  Giving Pulte one star is being generous. They have been a disaster since the start. We have visibly crooked walls and windows, a paint job so bad my toddler could have done better, we had a broken oven upon move in that they didn’t replace for five days, carpet tacks sticking out that have injured my small children, we didn’t have hardware on our kitchen or bathroom cupboards for over a month, they installed the wrong light fixture in our dining room and took three months to make it right, we had exposed hot wires in a closet in reach of children, our basement has leaked twice, our kitchen sink has leaked and damaged the cupboard below, we had missing front shutters for months and are still waiting for another set to be installed properly, whoever did the bricks used two different colored grouts, they claim to have completed our final grade but our waterproofing is exposed by a foot and they won’t respond to emails as to when they will fix it, which has now delayed our landscaper, our front porch is all scratched up and they haven’t replaced it, they had to rebuild our living room railing because it was crooked, the wood trim on our steps is cracked and gouged and instead of installing a different piece they just painted over it. Everything on this list and more has been brought to their attention since our move in date in December. I still have a service request dated April 1st out for the most recent water leak in the basement and haven’t heard back as to when they’ll fix it.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! They ask you to sign with the promise they will fix your repairs in a timely manner. It’s not true! We closed the end of October and our repairs still aren’t done! The items they did repair weren’t done completely. Please do your research first. We thought we picked an impeccable builder we didn’t. We wished we went with Ryan, the home would’ve been built quicker and we would’ve expected to have issues with our home. We had/have floor pops, “ghost doors”, heating and cooling issues, condensation on windows, exterior issues, horrible paint job, pumps were leaking, the yard wasn’t graded, and the list goes on. We escalated our concerns to corporate because the Cleveland office isn’t responding timely. Still waiting on Corporate!! We wanted to love our home and neighborhood but with all the lingering issues how can we. We were promised a pavilion - don’t have it. The landscape around the common areas are overgrown with weeds and rocks. Please beware.
