They also offer a lot of fun additions like a pool, lakeside view, and a party room. Jason was the representative we spoke with at the leasing office and he was wonderful and so helpful.

Secured access to the exterior doors.Receiving Mail and packages has not been an issue.There are improvements being made to the W bldg car port and garage. Anytime I have requested maintenance I have been serviced within 1/2 days. My only complaint is that the elevators have been down a few times and the air conditioning wasn’t working at the beginning of the hot days. So far I haven’t had any major issues. I feel that The seniors could have a better discount, otherwise I enjoy living here.

The ceilings leak and the pipes are just bursting all around my apartment. I was told multiple times about fixing the water bubbles on my ceiling and now I’m starting to see mold grow. We are currently experiencing a sewer fly infestation. Flies all inside the house and on the walls. Called maintenance and guess what? All they did was leave floor traps. The plumbing and piping system is all jacked up in this apt complex. The parking garage is falling apart. It’s chunks of concrete falling into the lower deck. The structural damage should be a safety hazard and if they don’t fix it by the end of the year, someone can get injured. Dog poop everywhere and tenants aren’t being held accountable. In conclusion….this part of mayfield and apartments are the cheapest on the market. You get what you pay for.

I have called the leasing office multiple times, walking in on multiple occasions, emailed Jazmin various times for the smallest issue (fixing my call box). She has not responded, neither does anyone in the office. The manager never seems to be in the office to help when needed either. It’s really frustrating as I’ve also called corporate and NO response or follow-ups from their team as well. To add to the frustration, I’ve been attempting to get a leaking CEILING fixed for almost a month now. And it is leaking again. Dwellers refused to paint claiming they would follow up with the office and NOTHING. I regret moving here, the area is nice but the complex is terrible with communication. For as much money as I pay in rent, I would have thought things would be fixed in a timely manner and agents would communicate when you call, email, and walk in the door. I haven’t even been here a year and this has not been a pleasant experience.
