  Why do I pay 1,000 plus a month and have to take the steps to the 14 floor with an infant inside a car seat? Then when you call maintenance they have an attitude and tell you we already know, then when you ask how long they don’t know😒. The elevators are. Down almost Every month! Along with these sugar ants! Will be my last year here

  I live in the North building and haven't had any issues until winter. The back door corridor flooring is unbelievably slippery. You instantly are sliding everywhere as soon as you walk in the door with the snow. They have a million "caution: wet" signs but what good is that? They recently laid down two very slim rubber strips but they aren't helpful. I've watched so many older people almost fall and I have young kids that are always slipping on the floor. Having a mat down is less of a liability than whatever they have going on now. Also, maybe have better snow removal by the back entrance if you arent going to put a mat down. Ridiculous!

  We have had ongoing plumbing issues with our bathtub and maintenance has already come out twice with zero resolution. The maintenance technician explicitly told that a plumbing service would need to be called and that we would hear back- that never happened. The lack of communication from management is beyond unacceptable . Residents should not have to chase basic updates on unresolved maintenance issues. If management is incapable of fixing a problem in a timely manner, the bare minimum expectation is clear and prompt communication, not just a simple "you're gonna have to power through it". This level of neglect shows total disregard for tenants and their living conditions.

  The only good thing about this place is the people living in here and Anita in the west tower lobby,ever since we move in it has been awful the first time i came to see my apartment we did the trip around and compiled a list of 29 things that needed to get fix and cleaned before we moved in this was on january...on february 5th i was given my key and the same stuff from the list and more was still there at the apartment..my fridge freezer was broken and they keep saying that it was just the fan, we found a leak from the apartment above into the master closet a month ago reported it maintenance came and dared told me that the black brown and yellow thing growing on the wall is not mold this is my kids rooms and had to move them to sleep in the couch cause of the awful smell of that closet we also had special needs kids and we notified Management and the Leasing office cause due to their disabilities they yell,bang on walls and stomp constantly to only a few days after we moved have the cops knock on our door about the noise,we also had a fly infestation during the summer and a bunch of ladybugs that was treated with floor glue pads ,the Ac was Broken for the longest elevators are constantly down

  I wouldn't have gave it a one star, but let me explain. A certain front desk attendant befriended me and that was the worst decision I could have or made in my life. She wanted me to give her a review and I barely knew her. Which are not too long took down so I'm renewing my review. My first mistake was letting this woman into my life and sharing things that was going on with me, personal and professional. I am a spiritualist and I did several readings for her. I have proof in my phone and in my cloud app. I'm just now speaking my truth because I don't like it when people put negative narratives on my name and sit back as if they were innocent. By me believing that she was a friend I had a issue when I was temporarily staying with my son. which by the way both of her sons have lived with her and one is living with her now. I just feel that is unfair that I was singled out after I've asked her as a friend to handle a situation to de-escalate a problem that was definitely brewing. I thought she did but she didn't, instead she made neighbors in the building uncomfortable about me by saying or not saying whatever she said concerning the situation. She taught me a huge lesson, destiny swapping is a real thing! I have a bachelor degree in social work and I own a non-profit. I also own my own salon business name crafty hair which is also legit. She was fake from the start. I don't have a problem taking up console about this situation if me and my loved one harassed again. I had to say my peace because I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. #AseretAzaTheHighPriestess #DontFeedTheAnimals
