    I've had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex! I have previously lived at a Silverman and Company property and absolutely love their communities. From day one, the application process was incredibly seamless and stress-free—everything was clear, quick, and handled professionally. One of the biggest highlights here is the amazing staff. Mary, the property manager, goes above and beyond for residents. She’s truly a gem—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concern, big or small. Alex in the business office is equally awesome—super organized and always ready to assist with anything you need on the administrative side. The team here genuinely cares about the residents and it shows. Maintenance is also top-notch. Any issues that come up are addressed promptly and efficiently, often within the same day. It’s such a relief to live in a place where you know your concerns won’t be ignored. The building itself is well-maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. The pool is beautiful, perfect for relaxing on warm days, and the gym is modern, well-equipped, and has a rowing machine! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here—this place really feels like home thanks to the incredible management and welcoming community.

    I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone. I filled out the application a month ago, but the answer came only at the end of the month. It is time for me to move to another apartment, but they do not give it to me. I asked for help, but they did not want to help me. I filled out the application twice and paid twice.

    It's new so there are things like the mail and deliveries that get screwed up and the pool is still not open
