This rating is purely for the ones working in Leasing office. They are always out of office. There will be a placard that shows Lauren will be back at 10:40 but she is never there. Natasha door is always closed and blinds are put as well. None of the phone numbers work. How could one reach you to sign a lease or explain a concern. Please correct this with urgency and I will reevaluate my review.

I moved out five months ago. The management refused to return my security deposit. I sent a certified demand letter, which they received and ignored. I filed a small-claims case in Mason, and their lawyer settled today at the courthouse for the full deposit amount, statutory penalty, and court costs. The only reason I got paid was because I took legal action.
