We were very pleased that the project timeline stayed on schedule and closed on the forecasted date. This took away a lot of stress that often comes with selling a home and moving into a new one. The project team was very responsive to our requests and took special responsibility of ensuring everything was built the right way, the first time. Ryan homes is efficient and effective with producing quick, quality homes and this is a product of their team's ability to manage the schedule of each trade on site. We choose Lake Manor because it is in a prime location, with great schools and quiet. We look forward to building friendships with neighbors soon!

Communication has been great - we are always kept up to date on the progress of our home's construction and if we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly and with the utmost professionalism. The Lake Manor development is going to be a great place to raise our family in the years to come!

As with any build, there have been minor issues that come about, but Ross has been amazing and addressed them before we can even bring them up.
