  Not a clean environment for living! They do not respond to maintenance requests. After Aqueelah left, the management was very unhelpful and made it feel like my fault that they didn’t cash a money order given to them weeks ago. Do not recommend! Save your money!

  Felt very welcomed when I entered the office. Was greeted by great energy and smiles. Tour went extremely well all questions was answered with great vibes.

  Lived I. These apartments since 2021. Recently moved bc after corporate FIRED the property manager Melissa for trying to push to get things fixed the entire complex went to hell. They allowed anyone to move in, we have about 15 people to a 1 3 bedroom apartment living behind us, they brought in cockroaches and I know this bc I was doing laundry and they were bringing in bags of laundry to the laundry room and leaving them and a roach came out and ran under the dryer. Told management IMMEDIATELY and nothing was done until the problem began showing up in our units and they had pest control come MAYBE once a month if that. I had to pay out of pocket for my own Orkin control just to keep the roaches at bay bc it was getting so bad. Things never got upgraded. We went 2 weeks without hot water bc they refused to give me a new hot water tank until they figured out every way possible to band-aide the old one, I have 3 kids and it was literally the time school began and this happened they couldn’t shower or anything. This place charges you overly priced rent for non upgraded , infested with big apartments and couldn’t care less. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Look elsewhere bc I promise this place isn’t worth the stress. I endured it for 3 years ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
