They are always under staffed, maintenance requests take forever, I’ve a HOLE in the sealing that supposed to be fixed a week ago however until now no one fixed it or reached back to me!!!!!! It’s freezing cold because of it…… btw that part fall down and ruined my clothes
- LRLillyan RohrigNov 21, 20251.0I would not recommend renting here we lived here for 3 almost 4 years and it was terrible. Out of the almost 4 years we lived here our A/C worked for maybe 8 months. They never answered maintenance requests and when they did they sent teenage boys or grown men who don’t have an idea what they are doing. My mom almost had a heat stroke last summer our house was pushing 90° it took us going to the office and threatening to call abc news for them to incorrectly put in a window until. They put it in wrong and flooded half our living room causing water damage and mold in the living room (they never fixed that) Heat did not work much while we lived there they brought us some raggedy small heaters that busted the breaker every time they were on. Took them 2 weeks to get us a new washer when ours went out. My closet light never worked the entire time we lived there. They switched management probably 3-4 times since we been there and nothing ever got better. EVER! The pool was closed more than it was open. Kids are in the pool freely without an adult when in the lease it clearly states ALL CHILDREN must be accompanied by a parent. Our balcony door never had a lock on it since the day we moved in Our sink was constantly leaking and took them 2 years to fix. Master bathroom had a terrible smoke smell coming through the walls. Neighbors constantly loud and slamming doors all hours of night. Needless to say. DONT RENT FROM HERE
